Strategic Deployment

Audits are scheduled within a 2–3 week window. The exact date remains classified to ensure authentic operational conditions. Previous Bronze Badge level is mandatory.

PHASE 01

The Baseline Test

Testing is conducted exclusively in standard entry-level rooms. If a standard room doesn't facilitate rest, the property fails. Assessors follow staff instructions and sleep offers as a disguised guest to test sleep etiquette.

PHASE 02

Comprehensive Duration

A mandatory 1–2 night stay. Sleep agents monitor environmental parameters and all 14 dimensions of the Sleep Grade algorithm from dusk till dawn, as well as bonus objectives. They leave the premises without breaking disguise and report findings to the Facility GM remotely.

Scenario A

Audit Score > 8.0

Immediate certification. Property is awarded the Silver Sleep Grade Badge and featured in our primary directory for 12 months.

Scenario B

Audit Score ≤ 8.0

Private disclosure. The property enters a 30–60 day grace period for remediation before a mandatory re-audit protocol begins.

Why only standard rooms?

If the majority of your guests cannot rest in your entry-level product, the luxury of your suites is statistically irrelevant to our certification.

Is this only way to get Silver Badge and above 8.0 score?

No. As in all other badge levels, Sleep Grade Silver Badge can be obtained free of charge by proven self assessment tool.

Do I have to get Bronze Badge before Silver?

Theoretically no; however, since either mystery guest service or free proven self assessment tool do not provide the same details as the Sleep Grade Private Remote Assessment Package, we strongly recommend starting with it first to minimize surprise results and unnecessary time.

Will you notice our staff upon your arrival?

No. In order to carry tasks without any bias, our Sleep Grade agents use disguise as much as possible from arrival to departure.

What happens if we fail at the assessment?

We will report how and why you got a bad score and will not be able to get Silver Badge since you are below 8.0. If you are just below 8.0 we will provide a roadmap for rapid improvement (30–60 days) and require proof of improvements before issuing a Silver Badge. If there is too much gap, we will ask you to do necessary improvements then apply for another mystery guest or free-of-charge remote proven assessment tool.

Do I automatically get a Sleep Grade Silver Badge after buying the analysis?

If your facility is assessed as above 8.0 Sleep Grade score, yes. If not, we will require proven improvements.

How often are re-audits conducted?

Certification is valid for 12 months. Periodic random spot-checks may occur to ensure standards are maintained throughout the valid period.
